Nalini Kotamraju, User Researcher, Sun Microsystems (anglicky) Knowing users is not an easy task. How much about them do we need to know? When is it important to know something about them, and when isn\'t it? How do we convince others that we know our users? And how to we get to know users we think are just like us, but may be very different? Using concrete examples from inside and outside of Sun, this talk will address these questions, and some of what it means to know users.
